Lost access to your login, uninstalled the app, or no longer have the device? Send the request below, or email support@fashionpay.online. We verify the request against the email on the account and complete it within 30 days, normally within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your login credentials and authentication record.
- Your profile: name, phone, avatar and workspace preference.
- Your notifications, training progress and in-app activity records.
- Your roles and permissions.
- Your subscription record in the app (billing history held by the payment processor follows their own retention rules).
- If you confirm it: every workspace you own, including its staff, attendance, jobs, payroll, inventory, customers and uploaded files.
What is kept, and why
- Employment records held by an employer. If you were staff in someone else's workspace, that business remains the controller of its own attendance, payroll and disciplinary records and may keep them for tax and labour-law purposes. Your login link is severed so the record can no longer be traced to your account. To have those records erased, contact that employer directly.
- Payment and invoice records retained by our payment processor (Paystack) and in our accounting records where financial law requires it — typically up to 6 years.
- Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that can no longer identify you.
- Backups roll off within 30 days of deletion.
See our Privacy Notice for the full retention schedule and the list of processors we use.
